The album, called "A Mormon Tabernacle Choir Christmas," was released recently by the Telarc label, and is reviewed positively in the Salt Lake Tribune and on the Amazon.com website. However another review takes issue with the album, calling it "over-produced."

As the paperback of Orson Scott Card's "Ender's Shadow" rises on bestseller lists after its release, fans have been attracted to Card's forthcoming book, "Shadow of the Hegemon," scheduled to be published in January. Both books follow a secondary character in Card's award-winning "Ender's Game." "Shadow of the Hegemon" joined the Mormon titles on the bestseller lists, appearing on Amazon's not-yet-published list, while two titles, Martha Nibley Beck's "Expecting Adam" and a book about MTV's Real World and its Mormon character, dropped off the lists.

Three Artists Collaborate on Christmas CD

The original music and lyrics to the 16 carols create a fresh new addition to the LDS cannon of Christmas music.
