  God's Army Distributor Reports Record-Shattering Sales
Eight months after it's world premiere, God's Army is still making headlines. The breakthrough independent film that chronicled several weeks in the lives of a group of Mormon missionaries in Los Angeles broke records at the box office, and is continuing that trend on video.

  LDS Singer Maren Ord's Next CD In World Debut
19-year-old Edmonton LDS singing sensation Maren Ord has been busy this year recording in studios in London and New York, and the results will be evident in the new year as her first world debut CD appears, a collection of songs including "Sarah" which have been likened to having a "soft, European pop" sound.

  Card's 'Ender's Shadow' Joins Bestsellers
With the release of Orson Scott Card's "Ender's Shadow" in paperback, the book has now appeared on a couple of the smaller best seller lists, and will likely appear on the others in the future as Card's large fan base learns that the novel is now available in paper. Along with the return of Martha Nibley Beck's "Expecting Adam" to the New York Times' list, the number of Mormon-related titles on best seller lists has now grown to 6.

  Christmas At Studio B Features an All-Star Musical Lineup
On December 8 at 7 p.m., KJZZ-TV will air an hour-long musical Christmas special with an intimate and uniquely intermountain flavor. Featuring an all-star lineup of musicians and singers from the Intermountain West, Christmas at Studio B promises to be a musical Christmas feast. The special will air twice more on Sunday the 17th at 5 p.m. and Monday the 18th at 8 p.m.

  'Farley Family Xmas' returns to Pardoe Theatre Dec. 7-30
The Farley Family will once again turn Christmas upside down in Brigham Young University's Pardoe Drama Theatre when James Arrington's "Farley Family Xmas" opens Thursday (Dec. 7) at 7:30 p.m. The popular one-man show will run through Dec. 30 excluding Sundays, Mondays and holidays.
