Osmonds Come to Winnipeg
WINNIPEG -- In filming the final scenes of a biographical movie about
themselves, all nine children of George and Olive Osmond have arrived in
Winnipeg from all over the United States this weekend.
The ABC film, due this February and entitled "Inside the Osmonds", will be
featuring such big-time actors as Bruce McGill, Veronica Cartwright, Joel
Berti, Patrick Levis and Janaya Stephens who will play members of the
world-famous family.
Much of the film will be focusing on some of the drama that happened behind
the scenes of the talented family. Virl and Tom, the oldest children, both
are hearing impaired. Alan has multiple sclerosis. Donny had "panic attacks"
as a performer. Marie fought with postpartum depression.
