Angela Pace, Scott Varner and Drew Yaussey won an award for Best Human Interest Coverage for thier news story "A Mormon Return to Ohio," which aired last year on WBNS TV in Columbus. The Society of Professional Journalists is a national organization for professional journalists. Some 700 journalists entered the competition, which included news stories published or broadcast in 1998. This competition is sponsored by the Cleveland and Columbus Ohio chapters of the SPJ and only covers Ohio stories.
