Mormon Youth Chorus members have mixed feelings about change

Announced changes to the Mormon Youth Chorus have lead to bittersweet feelings among members of the Mormon Youth Chorus. The announcement made earlier this month changed the Chorus into the "Temple Square Chorale" effective June 1st. The Chorale will lose its age limits and become a training choir for the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. The Mormon Tabernacle Choir will also lower its age limit from 30 to 25.

LDS Pioneer History Exhibit - Alberta

The Sir Alexander Galt Museum of Lethbridge, Alberta held a grand opening, Saturday (23 Jan), of three-month long exhibit featuring pioneers of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints which settled the Southern Alberta region.

Divine Comedy pokes fun at BYU life

Divine Comedy is "the best kept secret on campus", according to a reviewer for the Daily Herald. Performing at BYU since l994, Divine Comedy is a comedy vortex that just sucks you in, said Ben Unguren, a talented member of the BYU club and a sophomore from Seattle, majoring in film.

Pageant dates are announced for this year

The LDS Church announced the dates and times for the major pageants for 1999.
