PATERSON, New Jersey -- Construction on a $2.1 million, 10,750-square-foot chapel is scheduled to begin next month in Patterson, New Jersey. The building, located off Route 20 between East 38th and 39th streets is to be completed by next year and will replace a rented space in Paterson.

The area where the Church currently rents space has been a source of continuing security problems, including vandalism and stolen cars.

The Record mistakenly calls the building a temple in its headline.
