Mesa Pageant Called 'World's Largest Passion Play'
In its 63rd year, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints' annual Mesa Temple pageant is believed to be the world's largest annual outdoor Easter Pageant. "Jesus the Christ," as the dramatic production is known, opened last Thursday, running through Saturday, and will also be performed from Tuesday through Saturday.

Are The Standards the next Osmonds?
The Standards don't mind being compared to the Osmond Brothers. "You're always going to be compared with successful groups before you establish yourself," said Morgan Williams, the founder of the group. The two family vocal groups are clean-cut members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and have close family ties, but the Osmonds weren't much into a cappella.

'Standing for Something' Still Tops LDS Bestseller List
The paperback version of LDS Church president Gordon B. Hinckley's book, "Standing for Something" remained at the top of the LDS bestseller list, and the rest of the list remains basically the same, including new books by Neal A. Maxwell and James E. Faust. In addition, Elder Jeffrey R. Holland's most recent book joined the list. This week Mormon News' LDS bestseller lists reflects sales from a total of 50 bookstores for the first time.
