Reviewer Pans 'The Princess and the Marine'
Michael Speier, a reviewer for the trade magazine Variety panned this coming Sunday's "The Princess and the Marine," saying that while all the elements were there for a great show, the execution "is all wrong." The film tells the story of Marine Jason Johnson, who is Mormon, and his successful smuggling of a Bahraini princess into the US from the Middle East, where he had fallen in love with her.

Canadian Ex-patriate & Musician Died
When 15-year-old Nadene Dow took up music in Southern Alberta, she really took up music. That year she learned how to play the saxophone, the clarinet and the piano, and began playing in her parents' band, the Dow Rhythmers.

LDS Man's Romance Described Ahead of his Marriage Today
Former LDS missionary Lee Shouse, who will wed Michelle Rayl today, is taking advantage of a Valentine's Day Marriage Marathon put on for free at Unity Village. The Kansas City Star told the stories of the romances of three couples of the more than 30 couples that were planning to wed there today -- all at no charge.
