COLUMBIA, MISSOURI -- BYU lost a bid to host the National Newspaper Association headquarters when the 117-year-old association decided to locate at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Journalism. The NNA is the largest newspaper organization in the U.S., representing 3,000 mostly small- to mid-size newspapers with lobbying and support services. Currently, the NNA is located in Arlington, Virginia.
