'Heroes', A Salute To The Victims of 9/11 at the Washington, DC Temple Visitors' Center

KENSINGTON, MARYLAND -- On behalf of The Washington, DC Temple Visitors' Center, I invite you to a very special evening of music and the spoken word this Veteran's Day, Sunday, November 11, 2001 at 7:00.

The fireside features remarks by Lieutenant General Bruce Carlson, USAF, and music by the 80-voice Mormon Choir of Washington, DC. Also appearing on the program is legendary violinist Jenny Oaks Baker, retired US Coast Guard Commandant Paul Yost, and special guest soloist soprano Andrea Thornock.

"Heroes" is a salute to the brave members of our armed forces, past and present, and a tribute to those who perished in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.

Sunday, November 11, 7:00pm to 9:00pm
