Former GA Merlin R. Lybbert Dead at 75

Merlin Rex Lybbert, a former member of the second Quorum of the Seventy and former President of the Cardston Alberta Temple from 1994 to 1997, died Friday in Salt Lake City after a brief illness. A long-time Salt Lake City lawyer, Lybbert was a native of Canada. He was 75.
