  LDS Church's Lawsuit Against Utah Lighthouse Ministry May Have Far Reaching Effects
The lawsuit brought by the LDS Church against the Utah Lighthouse Ministry appears to be affecting new cases concerning copyright on the Internet. The church was victorious in its effort to force the Utah Lighthouse Ministry to remove from its website all material copyrighted by the church. The ruling also ordered removal of all links to copyrighted material posted elsewhere on the Internet.

  New Book Says Bennett is Not Deep Throat
A new book by a former Nixon aid claims to have discovered the identity of the elusive "Deep Throat," the still-unnamed source used by Washington Post reporters Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein to expose the Watergate conspiracy and end the Nixon presidency. Leonard Garment's new book "In Search of Deep Throat" reviews the speculation about more than 20 individuals who may have had enough access to be Deep Throat.

  Man Accused of Bombing LDS Chapels in Las Vegas May Be Released
Just four months after he was put in a federal mental hospital after pleading not guilty by reason of insanity, James Carbullido's lawyers are asking for his release, claiming that he is not mentally ill. Carbullido was accused of making nine crude bombs andof trying to ignite them at LDS chapels around Las Vegas. His attorneys now say he wasn't mentally ill at all, just addicted to methamphetamine.
