Huntsman receives award from Penn Alumni Society

The University of Pennsylvania Alumni Society awarded its Alumni Award of Merit to LDS Church member Jon Huntsman, Chairman and Chief Executive of Huntsman Corporation in Salt Lake City, Utah. Huntsman was awarded for his "extraordinary and long-standing service and committment" to the University, said Elsie Sterling Howard, the Alumni Society President.

Judith Rodin, President of the University of Pennsylvania, said the award recognizes "deeply committed people who lead extraordinary lives." Jon Huntsman graduated in 1959 from the Wharton School at the University.
