Cougar campaigning as write-in for council

PROVO, UTAH -- 23-year-old Brigham Young University student Jon Selden has announced that he will run as a write-in candidate for Provo City Council. He explained that he is running for the local political office because although BYU students account for nearly one-third of the city's population of 110,000, there no students are on the council.
