BYU-Idaho Drawing Broader Crowd than Ricks
REXBURG, IDAHO -- The expansion of Ricks College into BYU-Idaho is
broadening and diversifying the school's student body. While Ricks
had a diverse population, the expansion is increasing its diversity.
The Rexburg Standard Journal reports that one family from Korea is
coming because of the change. The Lee family includes Andy and Sue
Lee and their three children, and both Andy, a former LDS Bishop, and
Sue plan to attend BYU-Idaho while their children attend secondary
schools in Rexburg.
