Friends, kin grieve for Utah crime victim

Quinton, 22, are mourning her murder in Salt Lake City just days
before she was scheduled to graduate from the University of Utah.
Heber man pleads not guilty in bombing of church
A grand jury on Thursday indicted John Baker, 40,
on one count of malicious destruction of a building and one count of
using a destructive device in a crime of violence. Mr. Baker is
accused of detonating a dynamite bomb outside the Heber, AZ Stake
Center, which explosion caused about $10,000 damage but no injuries.
Convictions on both counts could bring between 35 to 50 years in
prison.
