Heber man pleads not guilty in bombing of church

PHOENIX, ARIZONA -- A grand jury on Thursday indicted John Baker, 40, on one count of malicious destruction of a building and one count of using a destructive device in a crime of violence. Mr. Baker is accused of detonating a dynamite bomb outside the Heber, AZ Stake Center, which explosion caused about $10,000 damage but no injuries. Convictions on both counts could bring between 35 to 50 years in prison.
